Reception Hall Rental

For Receptions: (Maximum capacity 75 people)

  • $500.00 for 4 hours without Reception Linens (includes table arrangement and clean-up)
  • With Reception Linens $650 (includes complete set-up and clean-up) Reception Linens (ivory chair covers and full length table cloths) for up to 75 people
  • $60.00 each additional hour

Our Wedding Receptions will accommodate 50 – 75 people if you need room for dancing and DJ. We provide tables and chairs and will set up according to your design. You are responsible for decorating and catering. We have a freezer, refrigerator, and ovens available for use in heating or storing but food must be prepared off-site. Champagne or Wine is allowed for toasting but no other alcohol is allowed on the premises.

The Hall can also be rented by the hour for other events as follows:

  • $100.00 per hour (with custodian provided)
  • $65.00 per hour (you provide clean up)

Linens and set-up are not provided for hourly hall rental
